Me Vanja Mégevand is a Swiss Attorney-at-law, registered at the Geneva Barand the Founder and CEO of Lawrence Legal SA, Lawrence AI and Lawrence Middle-East Consultancy.

Lawrence Legal is the first “Legal Tech” company in Switzerland, founded in2017, bringing proprietary AI-based technology and automation to the legal industry. The platform has served over 10’000 clients since going live in 2017 and built a vetted network of over 250 international lawyers and law firms.

Lawrence Legal is also present in the United Arab Emirates since 2020.

Me Mégevand also practices since 2014 as an Attorney-at-law in Switzerland specializing in white collar crime and international business law, as well as art law, for which she has developed a keen passion.

Based in Switzerland managing a team of 12 collaborators, she practices mainly in French, English,German, Serbo-Croatian and Spanish.

In 2014, she joined a notorious Swiss law firm where she completed a two-year attorney-traineeship under the aegis of the President of the Genevan Bar Association, Me Marc Bonnant, and then became the in-house counsel of the project “Solar Impulse Around the World” led by the pilots and pioneers Bertrand Piccard and André Borschberg.

Me Vanja Mégevand holds a Bachelor od Law (magna cum laude) from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, and a Masters of Law from King’s College, London, with exchange programs in Georgetown, Galatasaray and Salzburg as well as the ICC in Paris.

In 2023, she was appointed as the Middle-East Chapter leader of the Silicon Valley founded “Prospera Women in Tech Community”.

Outside her professional activities, she was selected in the last round of the Cours Florent Competition in Paris in May 2017, one of France’s most prestigious drama schools. Me Mégevand won the 2nd prize of the Michel Nançoz public competition amongst legal peers in March 2015 and attends Switzerland’s ski competitions within the Swiss Academic Ski Club since 2009. She’s advising private and institutional art collectors on their worldwide acquisitions.
